& Gifts We do not accept
any Buyer’s remorse claims do to perishable nature of product. If you are dissatisfied with our product
you must bring it back to our store within 24 hours, from date of purchase. Floral arrangement(s) must be
returned in their original condition when delivered or picked up from our store. Be aware that we take digital pictures
of each floral arrangement(s)/gift(s). If your claim is substantiated we will replace and re-deliver the same
exact product free of charge. In the event the same exact product is not available, we will issue an in-house
store credit. DayDreamers OBV Florist is not liable for erroneous information provided by a customer
which prevent delivery of product. No refunds or in-house store credit will be given in such cases. At Daydreamers
OBV we make every effort to provide the exact flower you order. On rare occasions, seasonal and regional conditions prevent
the availability of an exact flower. In these cases, we may substitute similar flowers of equal value and beauty. Every effort
will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color originally ordered. Due to the agricultural nature of our products
we reserve the right to substitute products if necessary with same or similar colors/products. If you can
not accept our substitutions you must state so in your order/comments. We will be inform you promptly regarding any substitutions.
We will not be held liable for any inconvenience generated by the non availability of products. Failed delivery
attempts due to customer/recipient will void any guarantee granted on product. DayDreamer's Florist is not responsible
for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item or is not home during time of delivery. We will not issue any
refunds/credit in this case. DayDreamers OBV Florist is not responsible for time span between flowers/floral
arrangement(s) being delivered and customer/recipient possession of item. We will not issue refunds where delivery was
accepted at the delivery location, but the recipient for some reason did not get the flowers. An example of this would be
a delivery to the recipient's job while they are out of town for the week. We are not responsible for deliveries that could
not be made due to inaccurate information given such as a bad business or home address. DayDreamer's Florist will
not assume responsibility for any transportation delays , late deliveries due to traffic or nature conditions.We are not responsible
if you, the recipient mishandle the flowers. It is the customer’s responsibility to know how to handle the flowers DayDreamers OBV Florist will deliver your order same day. Our prices does not included delivery
